CCE - PT Foundation

Under the CCE programme, we were tasked at the 2nd Chance program at PT Foundation. We worked there for 3 days a week as Academic Interns wherein our jobs were focused on tutoring the kids. Aside from planning our own projects, we were also blessed with the opportunity to work with Psychosocial Interns during the Outreach programme and on Sunday Tutorials. The children and mothers we met were as normal as you and me. You wouldn't have been able to tell them apart if you had bumped into them on the street. Maybe at home things were more difficult for them but during Sundays at PT,  it was a form of leisure and relieve from their everyday dilemmas. The kids enjoyed learning from the volunteers, staffs and interns whereas the mothers enjoyed the company of each other. That's all from us for now.
